You can order the Lightswing® via our official Lightswing® webshops. The Lightswing® is also available online through several marketplaces such as Amazon and OnBuy.
Unhappy with the Lightswing? Then you can return or exchange within 30 days. Returns are at your own expense. You can find more information here.
Yes, you can order various parts separately. This can only be done through the official Lightswing® webshop. Go to the Additional parts page to get an overview of all additional parts of the Lightswing® that you can order.
It is unfortunately not possible to cancel or modify your order by yourself. We recommend contacting our customer service for assistance.
You will receive an order confirmation via email after placing an order.

For promotions or discount codes, it’s best to keep an eye on our website and social media channels. Current promotions and discount codes are communicated on these platforms.
Various components are delivered with the Lightswing. The package contains:

  • The Lightswing,
  • one (single) or two (twin) Quick Release(s),
  • Cover plates,
  • One drilling template,
  • Hooks (for a pendant light with cable or chain)
  • Levelling feet
  • Mounting ring (only for the colours matte black, white and stainless steel)
  • Card with link to the digital manual

If something is missing from your package, then please get in touch with us.

You can pay securely using various methods such as IDEAL, Paypal, and Credit card. If your preferred payment method is not listed, please let us know.
Orders made before 17:00 will be shipped the same day, except for weekends and bank holidays. We ship orders by DHL, and DHL allows you to retrospectively change the date/time of the delivery.
