The amount of weight that can be hung on the Lightswing® depends on the type of Lightswing® you choose:

• Lightswing® Single 90cm: one pendant lamp weighing up to 3.5 kg.
• Lightswing® Twin 90cm: two pendant lamps weighing up to 3.5 kg each (total 7 kg). A lamp should never weigh more than 3.5 kg.
• Lightswing® Single 110cm: one pendant lamp weighing up to 2.5 kg.
• Lightswing® Twin 110cm: two pendant lamps weighing up to 2.5 kg each (total 5 kg). A lamp should never weigh more than 2.5 kg.

The Lightswing® is designed for pendant lamps. When selecting a pendant lamp that can be mounted on the Lightswing®, it is important to pay attention to three things:

• Depending on the Lightswing® you choose, it is suitable for pendant lamps weighing a maximum of 2.5 or 3.5 kg.
• It is important that the pendant lamp has only one cord through which power wires run.
• Avoid pendant lamps with a built-in dimmer or transformer.

The Lightswing® Single is suitable for 1 pendant light and the Lightswing® Twin is suitable for 1 or 2 pendant lights. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to attach 3 lamps to the Lightswing®.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to attach a beam lamp to the Lightswing®.

Do you have a pendant lamp that, in addition to a cord, also has an iron wire or chain? No problem! It is possible to mount screw eyes on the end of the Lightswing® where the iron wire or chain can be attached. The screw eyes are included as standard with your order. In the video, you can see how to attach the screw eye to the Lightswing®.

You attach the lamp cord to the Quick Release. The Quick Release is a coupling piece that allows you to attach the pendant lamp to the Lightswing®. Take the Quick Release out of the Lightswing® and use a screwdriver to loosen one screw of the cable clamp and remove the other screw completely, so that you can thread the lamp cord through it. Attach the power wires of the pendant lamp to the terminal block of the Quick Release and tighten the screws. Also, tighten the cable clamp screw again. You can attach the Quick Release back to the Lightswing®.

Unfortunately, two lamps cannot be hung on the Lightswing® Single. The Lightswing® is assembled and closed on one side, so an extra Quick Release cannot be attached to this side, and therefore, a second lamp cannot be attached. If you still want to be able to alternate between 1 or 2 pendant lamps, it is best to choose the Lightswing® Twin. With the Lightswing® Twin, both 1 and 2 pendant lamps can be attached.

Yes, the Lightswing® Twin can also be used with one pendant light. The Lightswing® Twin has two connections, but they do not need to be both used. This allows you to easily switch between one or two pendant lights.

No, the Lightswing® Twin 90 cm is suitable for two pendant lights, each weighing a maximum of 3.5 kg. Due to the lever effect of the Lightswing®, a single pendant light weighing more than 3.5 kg is too much weight for the suspension system. The Lightswing® Twin 110 cm is suitable for two pendant lights, each weighing a maximum of 2.5 kg.
