How can I return an item and what is the return period?

If you want to return an item purchased through our webshop, you can register the return on the returns page. We have a return period of 30 days. After registering, you will receive a return label for returning your package. If you have made a purchase through another platform such as OnBuy or Amazon, you can register and return the item through the respective platform.
