2 Return the package

Make sure your Lightswing® is returned in good condition and in its original packaging.

3 Return refund

Within 14 days of receiving your return, we will refund your money to the account used to make the original payment.

Damaged item

Did you received a damaged Lightswing® product? We are very sorry about that. In order to resolve this you can either fill in the returns form via the button above.
