Are you fascinated by AI, automation, and smart processes?

Curious to explore how these technologies can be used within a creative and fast-growing company? Lightswing® is looking for an AI & Automation Intern who can translate the power of artificial intelligence into smart, practical tools for the workplace.

This internship blends research, tech, and communication. You’ll identify internal needs, develop tailored AI solutions, and support the team in using AI effectively in their daily work. A unique opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic, design-driven company.

What will you be doing?

AI solutions tailored to each team member

• Identify the AI needs within teams like marketing, operations and sales

• Configure and train AI agents based on internal documentation and workflows

• Write step-by-step guides and instructions for using AI tools

• Host internal demos and training sessions to explain how the assistants work

Research & optimisation

• Stay on top of trends in AI and automation and turn them into opportunities for Lightswing®

• Experiment with new tools or plug-ins

• Evaluate results and use feedback to improve processes

• Apply AI to optimise existing workflows

Training & adoption

• Prepare workshops to help colleagues use AI more effectively

• Create clear documentation to support knowledge sharing and repeatability

• Build internal support for AI-powered workflows

What are we looking for?

• You’re currently enrolled in an HBO programme in AI, data science, IT, digital innovation or a related field

• You’re interested in smart tech, automation and digital productivity

• You’re independent but collaborate easily with others

• You’re curious, detail-oriented and proactive

• Experience with tools like Zapier, Make or ChatGPT Agents is a plus — but not a must
