Internship: Graphic Design & Digital Innovation

Are you a visual thinker with an eye for detail? Do you have experience with Adobe programs and want to use your creativity at an innovative design brand? Lightswing® is looking for a Creative Design & Digital Innovation intern who’s eager to dive into visuals, design, and digital tools.

You’ll be involved in a wide range of design projects for both online and offline content, with plenty of room to bring your ideas to life. From video editing to developing graphic concepts you’ll help shape the visual experience of the Lightswing® brand.

What will you be doing?


Photo & Video Content

  • Supporting photo and video shoots

  • Capturing behind-the-scenes content for our own channels and B2B

  • Selecting and screening visual material

  • Editing photos and videos for different formats and platforms

  • Delivering images and videos in various sizes, versions, and languages


Creative Design

  • Creating variations on existing visual and video content

  • Developing visual concepts for employer branding and merchandising

  • Designing wireframes and graphic elements for the website

  • Updating and improving our media kit for external partners

  • Preparing assets for different channels and use cases


Design Innovation

  • Proposing improvements for the website

  • Experimenting with AI tools for image generation and automation

  • Designing and delivering materials in different formats, sizes, and languages

  • Maintaining and evolving our visual identity

  • Developing templates and promotional materials (online and offline)

  • Designing and optimizing social media visuals for advertising

  • Spotting and applying design trends and innovations

What are we looking for?

  • You’re currently studying at a university of applied sciences (HBO) in Graphic Design, Creative Business, Communication & Multimedia Design (CMD), or a similar field

  • You have strong visual skills and experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

  • You’re responsible and can work independently

  • You’re curious about new tools like AI and love thinking along on creative ideas

  • You have a good sense of design, style, and proportions

  • You communicate clearly and work in a structured way
