Return Policy Lightswing®

Is the Lightswing® not as expected? You can return your order at your own expense. Please contact our customer service via support@lightswing.eu. We would like to receive the Lightswing® undamaged and back in its original packaging. Is the Lightswing® damaged? Please, first contact our customer service via support@lightswing.eu or call 085 4019637.

Conditions

  • You return the item, at your own expense, within the trial period of 30 days. This period starts on the day after receipt of your item.
  • The item is undamaged and (if reasonably possible) in the original packaging.
  • We would like to ask you, if possible, to include the reason for return and the invoice (or a copy of that invoice) on the packaging.
  • We will refund the full purchase amount to your account within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
