On one hand you will make sure that the current B2B partners we work with get more engaged, on the other hand you work on expanding our business to new companies and countries. And all this whilst enhancing the impact of other channels such as our webshops and marketplaces by further building our brand and reputation in the markets.

Lightswing® is a brand by Illumade B.V., an innovative Dutch company developing smart interior products. The Lightswing® is our patented ceiling solution that allows you to move pendant lights with flexibility — a unique design solution for modern homes.
Our goal? A Lightswing® in every European home. We sell through 16 of our own webshops, 26 marketplaces, and major retailers like Karwei, Gamma, and Hornbach. This year we are broadening our product range with complete new products for indoor and outdoor and we are further developing our current products.
As B2B Growth Manager you’re responsible for setting up, implementing and executing the international B2B-strategy for Lightswing®. It’s a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. For the execution you work together with colleagues within the commercial and marketing teams.
With a lot of room for creative ideas and initiatives you work on further enhancing our B2B proposition and realising actual B2B-deals and revenu.
Your responsibilities include:
✔️ 3 – 5 Years of experience in B2B Marketing, Business Development or proposition development
✔️ Experience with international businesses or retail are a plus
✔️ You’re proactive, independent and focussed on positive results
✔️ You’re comfortable at having commercial conversations – also on management level – without being too sales oriented
✔️ You’re fluent at English (Dutch is a plus)
